Delivery Orders
Orders placed by 12:00 are dispatched by next business the day they are received.
Orders in France
We currently offer Delivery using Colissimo (French Post)
French Standard delivery within 3 to 5 days, costs €8.00 on orders below €150.00.
If you order before 12:00 Monday to Friday your order will be dispatched the same day.
Orders to EU countries
We deliver to European markets, usually using a Colissimo (French Post) road transport, this can be taken between 5 and 10 days. We charge a different cost for each market dependent on the cost Colissimo charge us, your delivery cost will be calculated when your order reaches your shopping basket.

RETURNS
We hope that you will be happy with your purchase but if you are not, we offer a full refund or exchange on any item within 28 days of receipt as long as it is unused and in its original packaging. We regret that we cannot accept any product back if the cellophane wrap has been removed, as we are unable to sell this product to another customer.
We cannot refund or exchange any sale items.
However if, upon delivery, you notice that any of the products in your order are damaged we shall be happy to replace them.
You should return any product to the address below, you are responsible for the cost of returning it to us, and we cannot accept any responsibility of the order until it arrives in our warehouse. So we always recommend you return packages using an insured and traceable service.
We will take up to 7 days to process your return, if a refund is to be issued that will then be processed within this time. We will email you with confirmation of your refund being processed. Your bank/credit card company can take up to 14 days to process the refund into your account.
