Delivery
Orders placed before 12:00, Monday to Friday, are dispatched the same business day.
Orders placed after 12:00, or on weekends and public holidays, are dispatched on the next business day.
Orders in France
Delivery within France is offered via Colissimo.
Standard delivery takes approximately 3 to 5 business days and is charged at €8.00 for orders below €150.00.
International Orders
We currently ship to a selection of destinations outside France.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout according to the destination.

Returns
We hope you will be fully satisfied with your purchase.
We accept returns or exchanges within 28 days of receipt, provided that the item is unused, unopened, and returned in its original condition, with its cellophane or any other protective seal intact, together with all accompanying accessories.
For reasons of hygiene, health protection, and the nature of the product, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for any item whose cellophane or protective seal has been removed, opened, altered, or damaged.
If an item is delivered damaged, defective, or not in accordance with your order, please contact us as soon as possible after receipt at: info@miyashinma.fr
Depending on the circumstances, we will offer either a replacement or a refund. The cost of returning damaged, defective, or incorrect items will be borne by us.
If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact us in advance at info@miyashinma.fr and follow the return instructions provided. Returning a parcel without prior notice does not in itself constitute a valid return request or a valid notice of withdrawal under applicable law.
The direct cost of returning an item for personal convenience remains your responsibility. We recommend using an insured and trackable delivery service. Returned items remain your responsibility until they are received by us.
Where a refund is due, it will be issued within 14 days from the date on which we are informed of the return or withdrawal. However, we may withhold the refund until the goods have been received, or until proof of return has been provided. Refunds will be made using the same method of payment as that used for the original purchase. Please note that bank processing times may vary.
This policy does not affect any mandatory statutory rights granted to consumers under applicable law. Where the mandatory provisions of the country or territory of delivery provide greater protection, those provisions shall prevail.
