The Miya Shinma atelier is discreetly nestled in the historic Marais district of Paris,
in close proximity to Place des Vosges.
It is here that everything takes shape — from the creation of our collections to
exchanges surrounding bespoke projects and collaborations.
Within this space, marked by calm and restraint,
exceptional essences are brought into harmony with precision,
gradually unfolding into fragrances shaped by a sense of timeless beauty.
A Place Devoted to the Experience of Fragrance
This atelier is not merely a laboratory.
It is a place of perception and attention,
where fragrance is approached with depth and listened to with care,
encountered as a singular presence endowed with delicacy —
a space where time itself seems suspended.
Here, each fragrance is regarded with the utmost respect.
It is not simply presented,
but allowed the time required to be understood, to be felt,
and to resonate through a quiet and attentive dialogue.
Materials, Light, Environment
Within the atelier are preserved some of the most precious natural materials —
rose from Grasse, frankincense from Oman, and natural iris —
ingredients whose annual harvests are strictly limited
and which are maintained in conditions befitting their rarity and value.
Light, temperature, and humidity are the subject of particular care.
Every element of the environment is considered in service of fragrance.
Creation & Sensibility
Within this atelier, fragrance is conceived as a form of expression,
including in the context of collaborations with brands, maisons, and institutions.
Each project takes shape from the perfumer’s sensibility and reflection,
developing through an attentive dialogue with the given theme, space, and temporal context,
until it unfolds, with precision and restraint, into a new fragrance.
